Person-Centred
I am trained in the person centred approach which involves helping you to fulfil your own potential and provides a safe place for us to talk through, together, whatever you chose to bring and it is about you ultimately finding solutions in a safe and non judgmental environment.
I am a fully qualified therapist up to level 5 CPCAB diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling. I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I have an honours degree in psychology, degree in law, master’s degree in ethics and am a qualified teacher.
Integrative Approach
I prefer a more integrative approach as I feel every individual is unique and so I will draw on a variety of ideas and theories in which to help you. This is based on my life experiences, counselling and mental health training, receiving therapy myself and my underlying belief that one size does not fit all
